Possibly the most amazing ice cream I’ve ever made. You’d be hard pushed to find anything much better shop bought. The key I’ve discovered is the fat to sweetness ratio and this has got it spot on.
Two chopped up frozen bananas 🍌🍌
Handful of frozen blackberries
3 tablespoons full fat & refrigerated coconut milk
2 tablespoons soya cream
1 tablespoon date syrup
1. Leave the frozen fruit for 10 minutes at room temperature.
2. Chuck everything into the blender.
3. Blend until the bananas have, well, blended!
4. Serve with toppings or eat straight from the processor like I did 🍧
