Berry Crunch Bowl Smoothie

Ingredients:

In a blender chuck:

  • A handful each of frozen Mango, Raspberries, Blackberries & Spinach
  • A tablespoon each of Flaxseed Meal & Shelled Hemp Seeds
  • Pinch of Turmeric
  • 1/3 tin of coconut milk
  • Couple splashes of water

Top with Blueberries, Cocoa Nibs & Granola. Coconut Chips would also work well.
