
Ingredients:
In a blender chuck:
- A handful each of frozen Mango, Raspberries, Blackberries & Spinach
- A tablespoon each of Flaxseed Meal & Shelled Hemp Seeds
- Pinch of Turmeric
- 1/3 tin of coconut milk
- Couple splashes of water
Top with Blueberries, Cocoa Nibs & Granola. Coconut Chips would also work well.
